Market Kitchen

Yummy! They prepared very delicious dishes for me on Market Kitchen. Everything was so tasty and the salmon was to die for!

What Russian dishes have you tried or made in your home?

He was called Mikhail and came from Moscow, or is that the wrong kind of dish? Other than that,on a business trip to Moscow (see the link?) I was invited to a meal at someones house. Arrived at 7pm, to be told the meal would take 5 hours to cook...... to this day I have no idea what I ate, otherthan it was a giant pie thing, could have been the coffee table for all I know (you can consume a lot of vodka in 5 hours)...... I love to cook but haven't really made any thing traditionally Russian before apart from the Bortsch(I love cooked beetroot) and Blinnis. I'm going to make this salmon en croute dish for Easter - apart from the caviar which I don't really care for.

Great to see the clips of you. Thanks for posting them for us "no TV types" who rely on you tube!

Hi, Happy Easter

Was inspired to make Kulitch in a coffee bean tin as an alternative Easter treat - it's looking good so far.......
